When it comes to safety, this MPV has been upgraded with seat-belt pre-tensioners and load limiters for the front passengers.

Overview

The Nissan Grand Livina was introduced by Nissan Motors and their Chinese Affiliate Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Company in the year 2006. Later with some facelift in year 2013, Nissan Grand Livina was reintroduced in the automobile market. This 7-seater vehicle features the smooth driving attribute of a Sedan while driving it and fits into the category of MPV due to its occupants capacity. Nissan Grand Livina is made available in two engine variants with a capacity of 1.8-litres and 1.6-litres. However, 1.6-litre variant comes with the option of both Manual and Automatic transmission whereas the 1.8-litre variant comes equipped with only Auto transmission.

The exterior of this vehicle has a lot to show off, with features like stylish Chrome Grille, fog lamps, sleek rearlights & headlight and aerodynamic structure, this MPV has all the qualities to attract its onlookers in first shot. The interior of this vehicle is no less than its exterior. Great features like ample space for 7 occupants, good legroom and headroom, comfortable and adjustable seats in second row and power steering with audio control are parts of interior of this vehicle.

Safety has been kept under major consideration during the designing of this MPV and features like airbags, Anti-lock Braking System with Electronic Brake force Distribution, seat belts and much more, ensures the safety of all the passengers including the driver. The 1.8 L MR18DE and 1.6 L HR16DE engines of this MPV deliver power of 126 PS at 5200 rpm and maximum torque of 174 Nm at 4,800 rpm for the 1.8-litre variant. Whereas for the 1.6-litre variant, power delivery stands at 105 PS at 5200 rpm and maximum torque of 150 Nm at 4400 rpm. The maximum fuel capacity in all the three variants is 52 litres.
